We provide the client relationship and job details, while you continue to operate your own cleaning business and complete the work using your own methods, products, and equipment.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking established, like-minded cleaning business owners who:
Have an active LLC or legally registered business
Carry active general liability insurance
Have reliable transportation
Maintain a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance, when applicable
Are experienced in residential and/or vacation rental cleaning
Take pride in delivering high-quality work
Communicate professionally and promptly
Are dependable and capable of independently managing their own business operations
Have the ability to safely perform the physical demands associated with professional cleaning
Cleaning work may involve bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and standing for extended periods. Depending on the property and scope of work, cleaning may also require lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
What Bright Side Provides
Bright Side Cleaning handles client acquisition, client relationships, and the coordination of available cleaning opportunities. We work with established real estate teams, vacation rental hosts, property managers, and property owners, which creates a steady demand for quality cleaning services and often results in more opportunities than one cleaning business can take on alone.
Subcontracting partners are provided with the information necessary to evaluate each opportunity and may choose whether to accept projects based on their own availability, service area, and business needs. You remain in control of your own business while gaining access to additional cleaning opportunities without having to handle the marketing and client acquisition yourself.
We are looking to partner with independent business owners - not employees - who value their independence while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, communication, and service.

Although you operate independently, every property serviced through Bright Side Cleaning must meet the quality standards we promise our clients. We believe in clear expectations, professional communication, reliability, and treating every home and client with respect.
For the safety and security of our clients, background screening may be required before a subcontracting partner is approved to service properties through Bright Side Cleaning. Additional verification of business registration, insurance, and other applicable documentation may also be required.
