New to cleaning but eager to learn? We provide hands-on, on-site training for team members who care about quality and want to grow with us.

All cleaning technicians, experienced or not, go through a thorough training process to meet Bright Side Cleaning’s high standards, ensuring every client receives a consistent and exceptional experience. This role is physically active and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently, move comfortably throughout the day, and perform tasks that include bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and twisting. A reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and active insurance are required.
